A unique system we employed at Unicast allowed users to download desktop widgets of their brand favorites straight from our ads.  In this example, users were able to install a widget for Spiderman 3 from our online banner ad.  The widget could then be launched like any other app, however rather than a typical application, users see a shimmering metallic interactive 3d device appear on their desktop.  

We built these 3d desktop widgets to spec and hosted any streaming real time content our clients desired – in this case, streaming trailers, videos, and other memorabilia for the Spiderman franchise.  3d desktop widgets provide an unparalleled brand persistence and an exciting way for advertisers to engage target audiences.
